    BASKETBALL TIP
Thinking about losing can be one of the best motivators there is.

When you think about losing in advance it helps you put forth your very best effort on the very first play, in the very first minute.

It helps to assure that you aren’t going to find yourself wishing, after a loss, that you had worked harder and given more effort.

Thinking about the negative consequences of not doing your best – that’s a very positive way to approach a game.

    LEADERSHIP LESSON
“Wherever your center lies, know it, name it, stick to it, and believe in it. Everyone who works with you will know what matters to you and will respect and appreciate your unwavering values. Your inner beliefs about business will guide you through the tough times. It’s good to be open to fresh approaches to solving problems. But, when you cede your core values to someone else, it’s time to quit.”

    – Danny Meyer

    LIFE PRINCIPLE
“Whatever it takes for you to believe that you’re better than good enough to achieve your dreams is what you must do. And remember, your greatness is not tied to any outcome. It is found in the valiance of the attempt.”

    – David Goggins
