Today’s Monday Mindset: Just Stop It
Welcome to your Monday Mindset where you discover how to be your best so you can give your best.
Today’s Monday Mindset is a little different from the others, and it’s simply a challenge to stop it, just stop it.
What do I mean by stop it?
Stop complaining about anything and everything.
See if you can put into practice the ‘no complaining rule’. You’re going to rid your daily vocabulary of anything that resembles a complaint. It’s easy to say but tough to do, because there’s always difficult situations which come our way. But you don’t need to spend time on petty problems.
I found myself spending time on a petty problem recently, and I was creating my own feelings of self pity.
I realized I needed to man up.
I needed to implement the no complaining rule and stop living small.
There are bigger things to think about rather than petty problems. (And most of our problems, especially in the First World, are petty problems.)
So if you find yourself or catch yourself complaining, stop it. You can do it.
Put it into practice and you will live more free, more joyful, more happy, and more loving if you choose to live that out today and every day.
Just stop it.
